With Xplor Payroll Processing, you can configure an hourly rate based on the employee's job title. Configure your job titles before setting your hourly rates.
The hourly rate will be calculated based on clocking in and out in Mariana Tek.
Navigate to Payroll Processing > Job Rates.
Under the Job Titles header, click the plus icon next to the Job Title to create a rate for it.
You can use the + Add Rate button, but make sure the Job Title spelling matches what is configured under settings.
Configure the following and Save:
Default Hourly Rate
The rate applies to all employees unless overridden.
Earning Code (Optional)
Displays on employees' pay stubs. Leaving blank will auto-create from job title.
Employee Overrides
If an employee needs a different payrate but uses the same job title, the default hourly rate can be overridden.
In Job Rates, click Add under Employee Overrides next to the correct Job Title.
Select the Employee and the Hourly Rate > + Add > Close.
