For appointments that have been booked but marked as pay later, there are several impacts to your payroll in Xplor Payroll.
Single-Reservation Appointments
If the appointment's only reservation is marked as unpaid, the appointment appears as $0 in payroll reporting. Once the reservation is marked as paid, the appointment's pay is calculated.
Multi-Reservation Appointments
If all reservations on an appointment are marked as unpaid, the appointment appears as $0 in payroll reporting.
Payroll is calculated as soon as one of the following occurs:
At least one pay-later reservation is marked as paid.
A paid reservation is added to the appointment.
Incentive Calculations
Reservations marked as unpaid are not included in instructor incentive headcount calculations, regardless of which booking statuses are configured for incentives.
Once a reservation is marked as paid, it is included in the incentive headcount calculation.
