Before diving into customizing an email make sure you have set up your company brand. Learn more about that <a href="http://docs.brandbot.com/creating-and-scheduling-emails/customizing-and-designing-an-email/company-brand-for-emails">here</a>.

If you have used another email service, BrandBot will feel familiar in how you build emails.

To add to your template, you can add a new email section. To add a section, choose the type of email section you want on the right hand side. You can drag and drop any of the sections you see into your email. Please Note: You cannot drag a section into another section.

We have studied what designs have worked well for emails and built sections accordingly, but we understand that sometimes brands have unique needs. If you do not see a section you need please reach out to our team and we can find a way to help.

Every section can be moved, copied, deleted, and change the background color of the full section through the toolbar.

If you want to edit an element within a section, click on that element and the right side bar will allow you to change the content and style of that single element.

Each type of element will have different selections.

Please Note: For text blocks, the styling for text in the "content section" will override any changes made in the style tab.
