Step 1: Update settings!
The setting is accessed by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner:
You can add any other team members that will be assisting in updating links, by clicking team > add new team members
Next, we recommend setting up the verified email address by navigating to the emails:
This is the email address that you will be able to use as the from and reply to when sending emails through the Livestream Manager.
NOTE** The livestream manager emails use the Default Sending Profile as the from name, from address, and reply to - please update accordingly!
Step 2: Setting up the reminders!
You can navigate to the livestream manager by clicking Automation > Livestream Manager:
Click set up to choose the timing of the notifications and the appropriate templates!
You can choose any combination of reminders!
To set up, check the box next to indicate timing, select send an email, and then choose the template! When completed, set up for a reminder will look like this, but please repeat for each reminder:
NOTE** Please use one of these email templates:
Set up is a one-time process that will very rarely have to be revisited. All that needs to be managed on a day-to-day, or week-to-week basis is inserting the links.
Step 3: Inserting the virtual links!
Schedule the classes in Zoom as you would, and have the meeting URL on hand!
Click view on the class you're updating, to insert the meeting URL or playlist URL if you are using one:
The templates you selected in setup use merge tags to pull the class-specific details, including the URL. You can always test the reminder to see what it looks like!
