The Landing Page Options is where you will determine what you are selling, to whom, and if there is a discount applied.
Is this for new or existing customers?
This setting does not restrict who can access the landing page, it simply determines the appearance of the landing page when it is first accessed by a client.
New Customers: If you select this option, the initial prompt will be for the client to enter information to begin creating a Mindbody profile. There will be a link below this area that will read "Log in with an existing account."
Existing Customers: If you select this option, the initial prompt will be the exact opposite of the above. Customers will be initially be prompted to sign in with their Mindbody credentials. There will be an option below for them to Create an Account if they don't have one already.
Determining what is being sold on the Landing Page
If you click either of these two options: Pricing Option or Contract, you will be able to select from any of your active Mindbody credit packages or memberships in the drop-downs.
*Notes:
The payment option must be active in Mindbody.
The payment option does not need to be marked as sold online.
Only one payment option can be sold per landing page.
If you have recently created a payment option in Mindbody and are not listed in the landing page dropdown, it's possible that the data has not synced over yet. Check back in a few hours after the system has synched. If you are still not seeing it populate in BrandBot, please reach out via our Support Chat for assistance.
Selecting Discounts
If you'd like to add a discount to the selected payment option, you can select "Yes, add discount," enter the discount dollar amount and click Save. The discount cannot be input as a percentage and must be a dollar amount.
*Note: Adding a discount to your BrandBot landing page will only discount this payment option for purchases made through the landing page. This will not affect the selling price for purchases made directly through Mindbody.
Click Save and move on to the Appearance settings.
