This condition allows you to target based on an active Credit Package

Has an Active Credit Package targets any customer with a credit package that has not yet reached its expiration date. This condition tracks credits based on completed check-ins, not reservations.

For example, if a customer buys a 5-pack on Monday and reserves 4 classes right away, Mariana Tek still considers all 5 visits available until the customer actually checks in.

Even if a package shows in the “Expired” tab of a customer profile (because all credits have been used), the system still treats it as active until the expiration date passes.


How to use it

  • In an automation: Retarget customers who are running low on credits.

    • For example, set Visits Remaining = 1 without filtering on package type to reach anyone with just one credit left, or apply a specific package filter to narrow your audience.

  • In a segment: Create a list of customers with exactly one visit remaining. You can then send them a one-off promotion to encourage them to purchase another package.
