Customers that are transitioning an existing BrandBot account that is linked to the MindBody Online (MBO) booking platform into a BrandBot account that is linked to the Mariana Tek booking platform will need to make adjustments to their Auto-Campaign and Segment Rules, editing the old MBO Custom Rule conditions into the new Mariana Tek Custom Rule condition counterparts.
Auto Campaigns:
Auto campaigns will not enroll anyone new once the MBO integration is removed.
Contacts who are enrolled in the pre-existing auto campaigns will receive any remaining communications if the campaign is left in the live state. However, contacts will not hit any of the campaign goals since MBO is no longer integrated.
If you identify a campaign you would like to continue using, you must make a copy and edit the copy with the new MT counterpart conditions.
Segments:
Segments will become 'static lists' once the MBO integration is removed.
For segments you would like to continue to use and update dynamically, you can either create a copy of the segment or edit the existing segment.
If creating a copy of the segment, select the MT condition counterparts to replace the old MBO conditions.
If editing the existing segment, select the MT condition counterparts to replace the old MBO conditions.

The following conditions are BrandBot specific conditions. As long as landing pages, forms, tags are not deleted/recreated, these conditions maintain connection.
For email interactions that point to an email in an auto campaign, ensure the correct email is selected (i.e. not the MBO version of the campaign email, but the new, MT version of the email). The same principle applies for 'is in a BrandBot Segment.'
As a best practice, ensure any selections in the drill down options within conditions (i.e. landing page name) are selected prior to setting your migrated auto campaigns live.
