Onboarding Guide - Migrating an existing Xplor Growth account

Migrating your Xplor Growth account from Mindbody or Zingfit to Mariana Tek

Customers signing up for Mariana Tek with an existing Xplor Growth account that was previously created with MindBody Online will be given a brand new Xplor Growth accounts during the migration process.

Migration Process

  1. The Xplor Growth team will create a new Growth account for you.

  2. Because Mariana Tek uses slightly different conditions, you will need to update your existing campaigns so they work in the same way. We are happy to assist in making recommendations for these updates during your onboarding calls.

    1. Please reference our Mindbody vs Mariana Tek conditions article to get an idea of the updates that will need to be made per campaign.

  3. Once your Mariana Tek onboarding has kicked off, we will send you a link to book a call with us before your Go-Live date. In that call, we’ll go through your existing Xplor Growth account and identify which campaigns you're actively using and therefore need to be updated.

  4. We will also book in a second call for immediately after your go-live date to review the updated campaigns and set them live.

FAQs

What can I do ahead of time?

Determine what existing Xplor Growth Segments and Auto-Campaigns you'd like to replicate in your new account.

Does the platform work any differently with Mariana Tek compared to my old booking platform?

The only difference is that some conditions vary between booking platforms. You can find an overview of the conditions and the differences here.

Is there anything that doesn’t migrate from my old Xplor Growth account?

If you’re migrating from Mindbody, there are a few items that won’t migrate or won’t work post-migration:

  • MBO waiver signatures into MT i.e. if you have a waiver that has been signed in Xplor Growth that was being marked as signed in MBO, the waiver would not be marked as signed in MT

  • Existing smart segments - Since segments are dynamic, once the MBO rules are switched to MT rules in their account, any segments using MBO rules would no longer store contacts since we aren't receiving MBO data anymore

  • Landing pages that use templates - we only have one template for MT landing pages

  • Forms that use the auto-account creation feature for MBO - We don't support that feature on MT so it's important to note that any forms that have that advanced option set up, will not be creating contacts in MT anymore
