Integrating Xplor Growth with Mariana Tek provides a powerful set of tools. Understanding how data flows between these systems and how they interact is essential.

When new data is created in Mariana Tek, it typically takes 1-2 hours to sync with Xplor Growth. This includes new customer profiles, purchases, reservations, and more.

Most customer information will still need to be accessed through Mariana Tek. While Xplor Growth receives a significant amount of data, much of it is used behind the scenes to support marketing configurations.

Customer Information

When a customer is created or updated in Mariana Tek, the following details are synced to Xplor Growth:

  • Name

  • Birthday

  • Gender

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Subscription Status

For multi-location brands, customer data will generally sync to the Xplor Growth account corresponding to the customer's home location in Mariana Tek. More information on multi-location data syncing can be found here.

Some multi-location studios have multi-location syncing enabled, allowing contacts to sync to both the Xplor Growth account associated with their home location and any other location where they have made purchases or reservations.

Customer information can be found under Contacts in Xplor Growth and Personal Information in Mariana Tek.

Reservations, Purchase History, Usages, and Tags

Details such as reservations, purchase history, usage, and customer tags are passed from Mariana Tek to Xplor Growth. While this data isn’t displayed in Xplor Growth, it is used to set conditions when creating Campaigns or Segments.

For instance, you might create a campaign based on the number of visits a customer has made on an Intro Offer package to encourage them to become a studio member.

If using conditions based on Customer Tags, Xplor Growth will display both standard and custom tags.

To view detailed information, access your Mariana Tek account.

Waivers

Xplor Growth Waivers are integrated with Mariana Tek by passing the completion status into the Personal Information of a customer's account and reservation.

Customers can make a reservation without completing a Waiver but will need to complete it before checking in. On the reservation, customers with missing Waivers will receive the following icon.

There are several nuances regarding Waivers in Mariana Tek. Make sure to read this guide to know them all.

In a Customer's profile in Mariana Tek, you can view all Waiver statuses under Personal Information > Legal.

Gamification

If your studio uses the Gamification Suite, data is exchanged between the systems in various ways.

Reservation counts are sent from Mariana Tek to Xplor Growth for tracking Milestones and Challenges. The Gamification Suite monitors who have reached a milestone or challenge and the completion percentages.

This information is then displayed in the consumer app on the home screen, allowing customers to track their progress easily.

Transactional Messages

Transactional messages are notifications triggered by client actions in Mariana Tek. Examples include purchase receipts, reservation confirmations, password resets, cancellation confirmations, waitlist notifications, and gift card alerts.

Although these actions originate in Mariana Tek, the messages are managed and sent by Xplor Growth. Each message includes relevant data based on the action taken.

Products

Credit packages and memberships from Mariana Tek are pulled into Xplor Growth for use in creating Landing Pages. When building a Landing Page, you must select specific products to target the appropriate audience.

This feature is specifically designed for Credits and Memberships. It is not intended for Retail Products, as there are no options for inventory tracking or variant selection
