To find all Mariana Tek Customers who have not signed a waiver, you must create two Segments. If you are not familiar with creating Segments, you can read more here.

For the first Segment, create a Smart Rule with the Condition Assigned a Brandbot Waiver. Fill in the first question Which Waiver did the contact fill out?

Save the Condition and Segment.

In the second Segment, you will create two Conditions in the Smart Rule. The first condition will be New Profile in Mariana Tek with the question When was the Profile Created? set to All Time.

The second Condition will be Contact is in a Brandbot Segment with the Event Qualifier set to Contact is not in a Segment. For the field, Get contacts who are in the following Segment select the first Segment that you created.

The final conditions will look like:

Save the Segment and export the data as needed.
