Synced Landing Page allows HQ to create and sync landing pages across all child accounts (locations), reducing the need for manual work, ensuring consistency, and streamlining the setup process for multi-location brands.
Any updates made to Landing Pages at the HQ level can be applied across all accounts.
Sync
To sync a Landing Page to your child accounts, log into your HQ account > go to the Landing Page > Access Management.
Select which child accounts should be synced and click Sync current version. Any updates to the Landing Page will be passed to the pages on the child accounts.
You get to decide whether a page is synced to all child accounts or selected ones, providing more control over page distribution.
Access
Landing Pages can be published using the toggle or in bulk by selecting your child accounts > Change Status. Additionally, you can use the Access column to give Can View or Can Edit permissions.
Merge Tags and Mapping
If Merge tags are used within the Landing Page, the correct value will be populated into the page based on the value in the child account.
For the product selected in the Landing Page, existing franchise mapping will be used to map the product being sold to the child account product.
Permissions in HQ will map to the child account. Permission tags will use the existing tag mapping to map the value in the child account
Page URL and Sales
In your HQ account, you can quickly access the Landing Page for each child account under the Landing Page URL column. The Total Sales from the Landing page will be tracked as well.
