Promotions in your loyalty program boost motivation by creating limited-time periods during which members can earn points more quickly. These multipliers encourage customers to visit more frequently, try new classes, and become more engaged with your business.
Create a promotion under > Loyalty > Promotion > Add Promotion.
Promotion Settings
For each promotion, fill in the following fields:
Promotion Name
Start and End Date
The promotion will not show in the app until the start date.
Once a promotion has ended, you can not edit it.
Description
Include the multiplier information
Multiplier: Enter a multiplying factor to accelerate earnings. EX: enter 2 for 2x multiplier.
Image (optional): 1200px by 800px image.
Customer View
The customer will see the promotion in your mobile app, including
