Once an auto-campaign is live, you will need to pause it to make any changes to your enrollment rule or goals.

Editing your Entry Rule

If you edit your enrollment rule after a campaign has been started, this will not have any affect on the contacts currently in your auto-campaign. Once you restart your auto-campaign, only contacts who meet the new enrollment rule will be entered into the auto-campaign.

Editing, Adding, or Removing Goals

Editing a goal after an auto-campaign has started will have no effect on contacts who have already met that goal. Moving forward, it will only remove contacts who meet the updated goal.

Adding a new goal has no effect on the contacts who have already met other goals. Once you restart an auto-campaign with a new goal, the next time that auto-campaign processes all of the contacts who meet the new goal will be removed.

Removing a goal will have no effect on contacts who have already met that goal. It will simply stop removing contacts in the auto-campaign.
