As an HQ user, you have the ability to add Scheduled Emails directly to the Calendar of any of your Child Account's. From your Calendar page, you will click the Create New button and select Pushed Corporate Email:

You will then decide whether the email needs to be Full Design or Text Only, give the email a Name, and decide on a date and time for the email to appear on the Child Account's Calendar.

On the next screen you will click the Add an account button:

You can decide whether to push this email to all Children Accounts or just specific accounts. You can also choose whether the locations will have the ability to edit the email or not:

If you mark an email as editable before pushing, it will allow the Child Account to make any updates they see fit. The email will need to be saved it as "Ready to be Sent" in the Child Account, regardless of changes made, in order for it to send on the scheduled date.

If you do not mark the email as editable, it will automatically be pushed as "Ready to be Sent." Child account users will not be able to make modifications and it from an operations perspective, it reduces the step for someone to schedule the email at the location level!

Once you select the Child Account(s), you can then go about designing the Scheduled Email and adding the Email Details. For more information about how to design Scheduled Emails, please refer to the article here.

Once you've designed the email, you will click the Save and Exit button and either choose for the email to be saved "In-Progress" or as "Ready to be Sent."

Lastly, you will need to select which Segment of Contacts this email will be sent to and once you've selected an option from this drop-down, you will click Push.

You will need to have the segment created in each Child Account in order to send to the intended group of contacts.

You will need to have the segment created in each Child Account in order to send to the intended group of contacts.

You do not need to set the email as "Ready to be Sent" in the HQ account in order for it to send in the Child Accounts. As long as you do not check the editable box before pushing to a Child Account it will sync as "Ready to be Sent" in the Child Account.
