This condition allows you to target clients who have terminated or cancelled their membership! You can filter on which membership type the client had, and when it was officially cancelled.
This can be used in the following circumstances:
Creating a segment to target cancelled members to win them back based on a new membership offering!
A campaign to target people who cancelled their membership for feedback, or offering them a different option to keep them engaged with the studio for an eventual resell!
