Find customers who are marked pending for a class in the future.

A contacts timeline will display pending reservations for the date that the class will take place, not the date they made the reservation.

You can filter by the credit, membership, class name, instructor, etc. to isolate the specific reservation.

This can be useful in an auto campaign to target clients who have an upcoming reservation. Paired on a entry rule with milestone is less than 1 visit, allows you to isolate that the upcoming reservation is the client's first ever!

You can specify time frame, and as 30 days is the farthest BrandBot can look out, using within the next 30 days is synonomous with "as soon as they make a reservation" (in regards on enrolling a client upon their reservation).
