There are a few common reasons clients might not receive reminder emails.
Email filtering: The client’s email server may be sending reminders to their spam or junk folder. Ask clients to check these folders.
Timing of registration:
Registration reminders are sent immediately after sign-up, whether a week or a minute before class.
Time-based reminders only send if the client registers before the selected timeframe.
Example: If only the 1-hour reminder is enabled and a client registers 20 minutes before class, they will not receive the 1-hour reminder.
Default Sending Profile issues: Ensure you have a Default From Address and Default Reply-To Address entered in your account.
