After you've published your waiver, there are a few ways to get contacts to sign it.
You can link to your waiver in a one-time Scheduled Email and send it to all contacts or a specific Segment of contacts.
You can set up an auto-campaign to send to clients before their first visit.
If you are a Mariana Tek customer, you will have the option to turn on a feature that will automatically send the waiver to your clients ahead of their next class if they don't have a required waiver on file. Read more information here.
You can also share the waiver directly with the URL. The URL link is populated by creating the form.
In the left-hand menu, navigate to Share > Page Design
At the top, you’ll see the URL where your waiver will be hosted on the internet - easily copy and paste this link into an email to be sent out
As you scroll down, you’ll see a preview of what your waiver will look like when published.
Once you have the URL, you can paste this into a scheduled email or auto-campaign text message, or even link to it on your website or social media.
