Under Redirection, you can select:

​Yes, direct them. Select this option to redirect the client to another webpage. Enter the URL in the text box provided.

​No, do not send them to another page. Select this option if you want the client’s waiver submission to end with a success message. The default message is, “You have successfully completed your form!”
