Similar to organizing all your files for a specific project into a folder, scheduled plans allow you to organize tasks and scheduled emails for an event or sale.

For example, you could create four individual emails for a Black Friday sale directly from your Calendar:

  1. An announcement about the Black Friday sale.

  2. A reminder that the sale is going live tomorrow.

  3. An announcement that the sale is live.

  4. A follow-up regarding the sale.

However, if you create them in a Scheduled Plan, it's easier for you and your team members to view all of the emails and tasks that are specific to the Black Friday sale in one organized place.

A huge part of executing a successful sales promotion or running a smooth event is having an organized and thoughtful plan of action, so be sure to familiarize yourself with scheduled plans and use them often. ๐Ÿ’ช
