To target contacts based on their visit history, you'll want to create a segment with conditions to qualify them into the segment. Then, you can use the segment in an auto-campaign, scheduled email, and etc.
For example:
To create a segment for customers who haven't visited the studio in 90 days (from the current day):
How Many Visits?: Less Than 1 Visits
When Did These Visits Occur?: Relative to today
Within the last: 90 days
What Types of Visits Does This Count? All visits or Specific visits (to specify the class name, instructors, class time, payment option, visit status, and visit location)
To create a segment for customers who are "frequent flyers" at your studio, first define what qualifies as a frequent studio attendee (in this example, they are customers who have visited at least 5 times within the past 90 days).
How Many Visits?: At least 5 times
When Did These Visits Occur?: Relative to today
Within the last: 90 days
What Types of Visits Does This Count? All visits or Specific visits (to specify the class name, instructors, class time, payment option, visit status, and visit location)
You may also add additional conditions to filter your segment further.
