How do I troubleshoot why certain contacts were or weren't included in my automation?

If you suspect certain contacts are missing from your automation or are included in your automation when they shouldn't be, refer to the condition details in the chosen segment.

Note that when there are two or more conditions for a given segment, the selected conditions become an "and" statement.

For example, in the example below, the list will only include contacts who have at least 1 visit remaining for the 10 Premium Credit Credit package AND who have a future reservation scheduled within the next 7 days.
