If you're running into trouble pushing an email out to franchisees, check that:
the email is a pushed corporate email not a scheduled email.
*Note: Pushed corporate emails can be shared with franchisees, but scheduled emails cannot.
the email has a subject line.
*Note: The subject preview and recipient list must be included in the email to send.
the child account has a verified email with a selected 'default reply', both 'to' and 'from' (**this lives under Settings > Company Settings > Emails)
*Note: If the verified email is updated, you'll want to 'save' and 'apply to existing items'.
If there is an email address set up, re-save and try to push the email again from HQ
