The Timeline on a customer's account will show a detailed history of actions taken within your booking platform and Xplor Growth.
To access the Timeline, go to > Contacts > All Contacts and find and click on the customer > Timeline.
Examples of actions listed here would be:
Class reservations (either checked-in or no-showed)
Purchases made
Automation Enrollments
Filtering
To narrow down the Timeline actions use the Filters dropdown. The Filters include:
Automation Activity
Any activity prompted by Automation including enrollment, hitting a goal, automatic message, or subscription change.
Purchases and Product Usage
Any activity involving purchasing a product or using one
Reservations
Any activity prompted by a reservation including making one, checking in, penalty fees
Notes
Emails
Phone Call Reminders
Tasks
Create
Use the +Create button to create an item directly in the Contact including:
Email
If the contact is unsubscribed, the Email option will be greyed out
