Can I see a detailed history of my Contacts?

View detailed history of your Contacts

The Timeline on a customer's account will show a detailed history of actions taken within your booking platform and Xplor Growth.

To access the Timeline, go to > Contacts > All Contacts and find and click on the customer > Timeline.

Examples of actions listed here would be:

  • Class reservations (either checked-in or no-showed)

  • Purchases made

  • Automation Enrollments


Filtering

To narrow down the Timeline actions use the Filters dropdown. The Filters include:

  • Automation Activity

    • Any activity prompted by Automation including enrollment, hitting a goal, automatic message, or subscription change.

  • Purchases and Product Usage

    • Any activity involving purchasing a product or using one

  • Reservations

    • Any activity prompted by a reservation including making one, checking in, penalty fees

  • Notes

  • Emails

  • Phone Call Reminders

  • Tasks


Create

Use the +Create button to create an item directly in the Contact including:

  • Email

    • If the contact is unsubscribed, the Email option will be greyed out

  • Note

  • Task

  • Call Reminder
