HQ Mapping makes syncing Automations from HQ to your child's accounts a seamless process. Mapping allows customers to create HQ Memberships, Credits, Class Types, and Tags and then associate the equivalent child account data point to each.

You can find HQ mapping in your HQ account only, under Settings > Mapped Values.

You should use mapping any time you are creating a campaign in HQ that will use specific data from child accounts in the conditions used throughout the campaign.

Mapped Values

For example, to create an HQ Automation targeting customers on an Unlimited Membership, first navigate to Settings > Mapped Value > Memberships, then click Add Membership Association. This membership acts as a placeholder and is not connected to a specific membership in your booking software so you can name this whatever you'd like.

Now that you've created an HQ Membership, called "Xplor Growth Unlimited Membership," you are redirected to your child account mapping page. Here, you will see a list of your children's accounts associated with HQ on the left-hand side. On the right, you will need to select Membership associated with each of your child's accounts from your booking software.

For example, each of my child locations has an unlimited monthly membership but could be named differently:

  • At the Capitol Hill studio: Monthly Premium Membership

  • At the Dupont Circle studio: Monthly Unlimited

  • At the East Hampton studio: Monthly Unlimited Membership

You'll need to ensure that you map the correct monthly membership for each child's location.

When creating a campaign in HQ, you will see all of your HQ "placeholder" Memberships, Credits, Class Types, and Tags in the relevant conditions (e.g. Memberships that you create will only appear in conditions that are relevant to having a membership like the Membership Expired condition).

Upon selecting that placeholder in a condition and syncing the campaign to your child accounts, the campaign conditions you've specified will update with the child account association in each child account campaign.

You can see that I have created a campaign in my HQ account using the Has a Membership condition, where I have specified that I am targeting contacts on the "Xplor Growth Unlimited Membership."

When I sync this to my child account, the condition will update with the membership that I have selected in HQ mapping. In this case, for my East Hampton location, I have selected Unlimited Month- East Hampton.

Edit and Deleting Values

After saving a value, you can continue to edit it by using the pencil icon next to the association.

Association Mapping can be deleted if they are not being used in a campaign. If they are being used in a campaign, you will receive the following prompt to remove them before continuing:

Editing Value Name

To edit the Value name, click on the name and make changes as needed.
