How the process works
Your Xplor Growth onboarding will begin shortly after you sign up for Mariana Tek. We will kick your onboarding off with a Discovery Call in which we will highlight the two options for onboarding to Xplor Growth and help determine which is best for you and your business.
Option 1: Built for You Marketing Automation Services
Shortly after your discovery call you will receive a technical set-up call in which a member of the Xplor Growth Onboarding Team will provide a basic training of the platform, highlighting key features and tasks to complete before launch day. They will also upload 5 basic campaigns into your account.
After your technical setup call you'll be introduced to your Built For You Marketing Expert who will take through a series of two calls to provide an overview of 6 detailed campaigns.
Built For You Call 1 will be focused on setting up your first 2-4 campaigns 1:1 with your Built For You Marketing Expert
Built For You Call 2 will be focused on setting up the remaining campaigns with your Built For You Marketing Expert
Campaign activation guides will be provided for all 6 campaigns
Option 2: Standard Onboarding
Shortly after your discovery call you will receive a technical set-up call in which a member of the Xplor Growth Onboarding Team will provide a basic training of the platform, highlighting key features and tasks to complete before launch day. They will also upload 5 basic campaigns into your account.
After your technical set-up call, you will receive two campaign set-up calls in which a member of the Xplor Growth Onboarding Team assists with the set up of the 5 campaigns we provide, as well as, setting as many campaigns live as we can.
We request that you join your onboarding calls on your computer and ready to view our screen and share yours where necessary so that we can complete tasks in your Xplor Growth Account together.

Once you've received your invite to Xplor Growth:
Complete your product tour! Log-in to your Xplor Growth account and complete the product tour which will pop-up when you first log-in. You’ll also find links in the platform to our Help Suite which will give you all the info you need to get going.
Complete the 4 key items on the Pre-Launch Checklist to ensure your account has all the basic settings completed BEFORE you begin sending emails with Marketing Automations
Book in your onboarding call!
What about training?
When you first log into Xplor Growth, you’ll be prompted to complete a product tour to get you started. In addition, you’ll be able to find all of the info you need to get started in our help suite.
