Navigate to "Agreement Templates" in the top navigation.

Click "New Template."

Choose whether the fee is a standard flat fee or recurring revenue based. Our first example will be a recurring revenue based Royalty Fee.

Choose the fee amount.

Select the billing cycle cadence (choose from daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually.).

Choose when the billing cycle begins (example is for a weekly cadence)

Specify when funds should be collected relative to the billing cycle.

Next, we'll add another fee, creating a recurring flat fee for Software expenses.

Select 'Recurring Flat Fee' from the billing type.

Choose the fee amount(s).

Choose the billing cycle cadence (options are daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually).

Choose when the billing cycle begins. (i.e. "10th of each month")

Specify when funds should be collected relative to the billing cycle.
