Once a location has an agreement template assigned, you will select the date in which the agreement goes into effect.

Then, based on the set up of the fee, the payment will be drafted according to the fee settings. (i.e. 5 days after the billing period ends).

Note: If your account is in calculator mode, fees will be calculated, but payments will not be processed. Payments are only process when the account is in processing mode.
