Why can't I upload my images?

If you are experiencing issues when trying to upload images either through the Assets page or an Auto Email please try the following:

  • Use Google Chrome

  • Make sure that your Google Chrome browser has been updated

  • Re-start your browser

  • Ensure the asset is a .png, .jpg, or .gif files

  • Ensure the image is no larger than 3MB
