Purchases that are made entirely using an account balance are not included for revenue based fees.
When the payment method is split for a purchase, only the portion that is paid for by credit card, cash, etc. is included for the revenue based fee.
For example, if a client has a $50 account balance and purchases a $50 retail item, this order is not considered for revenue based fees.
If a client has a $50 account balance and purchases $160 membership, only the $110 that is charged to the client's credit card is included towards the revenue based fee.
