Progress Design
Challenge Description: Public-facing description of the Challenge
This should include any filtering that has been applied such as Class Types, Location, or Instructor.
Status Indicator: Makes a Challenge visible to your customers.
This does not control when a Challenge starts. If you wish for people to enroll before the Challenge starts, set it to active. Classes will only begin to count after the start date.
Once a Challenge has ended, we recommend keeping the Challenge active so studio members can go back and see their participation.
When all details are completed, click Save.
Challenge Filter Initiatives
Here are some ways to use the Challenge Filters to support studio initiatives:
Challenge Class Types
Challenge Class Types are a great way to encourage customers to try a new fitness modality or increase utilization of a Class Type that isn't having as much traction. The more Class Types customers take, the less likely they are to leave your studio as you provide them with variety to achieve fitness.
Challenge Location
Challenge Location can be used to encourage participation in a new studio opening. Another option is to run Challenges against other locations by creating multiple Challenges specific to a location to see which location is the most engaged.
Challenge Instructors
Use the Challenge Instructors filter to introduce new instructors, spotlight an instructor, or have competitions across instructor groups.
