How do clients enroll in a Challenge?

Studio members can enroll in a Challenge directly from your mobile app.

Studio members can enroll in a Challenge directly from their mobile app. On the home screen, members will see the Challenge tile if:

  • There is an active Challenge

  • The member's home location is included in the Challenge

  • The end date of the Challenge is in the future


Gamification Tab

Members can enroll on the 5th tab icon > Gamification (Trophy Icon).

From the Challenges tab, members will see Active, Upcoming, and Past Challenges. Active Challenges will appear if it is on or past the Start Date.

Upcoming Challenges are all active Challenges with a future Start Date.

Any Published Challenge will be displayed in the mobile app. The Start and End Date will determine if it is Active or Upcoming.

To enroll in a Challenge, click Join Challenge


Eligibility Criteria

If the customer does not have eligibility as a result of not having the required membership, credit, or product, the customer will receive a message on which item is needed

Eligibility Requirements are currently in beta and are expected to be generally available soon.


Challenge Detail

Clicking on the Challenge card will open details, including:

  • Start and End Dates

  • Classes Taken and Remaining

  • # of Participants

  • Incentives

  • Class Rules


Challenge Leaderboard

Once in a Challenge, members can click on the leaderboard to view who is in the Challenge and their rank.
