Creating and assigning tasks or phone calls is as easy as selecting the Create New button on the Sales and Lead Management page.
Navigate to Sales & Follow-Up Management > select Create New > Task or Phone Call Reminder.

From the task panel, title your task and add optional details > select a Scheduled Date.

Select a team member or user group to assign this task. This is an optional field and can be edited later.
Search your list of contacts to Associate a Contact (ex: if the task pertains to calling Sammy Jones, you'll want to attach Sammy's contact) > select Associate. This is an optional field and can be edited later.

Select Save Task.
To mark a task complete, locate the task and click the circle before the title.
*Notes:
To view all of your or an assigned staff member/group's tasks, the apply filters as necessary.
All tasks associated with an auto-campaign will show up in the Sales & Follow-Up Management page, where you can assign to team members as needed.
All team members will be able see the queued tasks of other team members, even if tasks are assigned to a specific individual.
