Can contact profiles be merge in Xplor Growth?

No, merging contact profiles in Xplor Growth is not possible.

Our system uses a contact's email address as a unique identifier, so profiles with different email addresses cannot be merged.

While the booking platforms such as Mariana Tek, MindBody, Triib, and Field Edge may have this capability, it only applies to their platform and the secondary profile will still remain in your Xxplor Growth account.

The only options that customer admin has is to:

  • In the booking platform to merge the two contact profile.

  • Then in Xplor Growth to manually unsubscribe the secondary contact profile email address.
