No, merging contact profiles in Xplor Growth is not possible.
Our system uses a contact's email address as a unique identifier, so profiles with different email addresses cannot be merged.
While the booking platforms such as Mariana Tek, MindBody, Triib, and Field Edge may have this capability, it only applies to their platform and the secondary profile will still remain in your Xplor Growth account.
The recommendation for the admin team is to:
Merge the two contact profiles in the booking platform
Manually unsubscribe the secondary contact profile email address in Xplor Growth
Note: While Deleting a contact in Xplor Growth is an option, a deleted contact will never sync again, and you will lose the history from the deleted profile. If you'd like to clean up your contact lists, it's strongly recommended to unsubscribe these contacts instead of deleting them.
