Merging contact profiles is not possible because each contact is identified by a unique email address. Additionally, misspelled or incorrect emails cannot be directly edited in Xplor Growth. The recommendation for the admin team is to:
Merge the two contact profiles in the booking platform
Manually unsubscribe the secondary contact profile email address in Xplor Growth3. For misspelled emails, create a new contact with the correct email address in Mariana Tek, which will automatically sync to Xplor Growth.
While deleting a contact is an option, a deleted contact will never sync again, and you will lose the history from the deleted profile. If you'd like to clean up your contact lists, it's strongly recommended to unsubscribe these contacts instead of deleting them.
