In a contacts Xplor Growth profile you can send individual emails by click the email button on their profile. The only email templates that can be chosen from the "Use a Template" drop down are 'Text Only' account saved templates. You can also create an email right at the moment too.

To be able to edit the template, you need to get to the editing page either through auto email or schedule email and choose "TEXT ONLY" then select the template.
