Why can't I start my Auto-Campaign?

The main start button is greyed out and cannot be clicked

When you are ready to have your auto campaign started and have contacts get enrolled as we move forward in time the final step is to start the campaign by clicking the green start button at the top.

If the start button is grayed out you most likely need to identify whether or not you want to have removal calls for this campaign.

In the section that states โ€Do you want to automatically remove contacts if they meet one or more goals?" you need to choose either "Yes or No".

To do that:

  • Click the 'Edit' button on the right-hand side in this section

  • Choose either yes or no

  • If yes select it, refresh the page and beginning set up the removal goal and save

  • If no select it, refresh the page

  • Then you will be able to see the Start button is green to select.

Once you click the start button you are all set and moving forward as contacts meet the entry rule condition the system will automatically enroll them and have them funnel down to receive the auto messages within.
