Once a team member's profile is created, the email address cannot be edited. If someone needs to log in with a different email address, they’ll need to create a new team member profile.
To set up a new email address for a team member:
Follow the steps in How do I add a new user to the team?
Create the new profile using the updated email address.
Once the new profile is created, the team member can log in with the new email address.
The old team member profile will still exist. If it’s no longer needed, delete it to prevent duplicate accounts.
