Updating Team Member User Email Addresses
When your Xplor Growth account is created, you are able to add team members to the account to access the marketing platform. Each team member user is required to have a unique email address to log in with. This email address is used to identify the team member and is associated with their account.
However, there may be instances where a team member needs to change their email address. This could be due to a change in their personal email address or if they are using a different email address for work purposes. Unfortunately, team member user email addresses cannot be updated.
If a team member needs to use a different email address to log in, they will need to create a new team member account. This can be done by following these steps: How do I add a new user to the team.
Once the new team member user profile has been created, they will be able to log in using the new email address. Please note that the previous team member profile will still exist and will need to be deleted if it is no longer needed.
