What Segments are recommended for getting started?

Segments are customizable contact lists that help you deliver targeted messaging and gain deeper reporting insights. Below are the segments we recommend creating. The table includes:

  • Title: A suggested name to easily identify the segment in your list

  • Description: An overview of what the segment is used for

  • Conditions and Filters: The logic used to define who’s included in the segment

New Lead Segments

New Profile: Created an account in Mariana Tek

  • New Profile in Mariana Tek

    • When Was The Profile Created? > Relative to today > Within the last > 1 day/7 days/30 days

Intro Offer Purchased: Purchased an Intro Offer in Mariana Tek within the last X days

  • Made a Purchase

    • When Was The Purchase Made? > Relative to Today > within the last > X days

    • Which Purchase(s)? > a specific purchase type

    • Which Type of Purchase? > specific purchases > any of the following purchases > select Intro Offers

Intro Offer Purchase, No Booking: Purchased an Intro Offer, but has not made a reservation

  • Made a Purchase

    • When Was The Purchase Made? > Relative to Today > at least > 14 days or however long the intro period is

    • Which Purchase(s)? > a specific purchase type

    • Which Type of Purchase? > specific purchases > any of the following purchases > select Credit Package Intro Offers

  • Number of Visits

Intro Offer Expired, No follow-up purchase: Customer has an expired Membership Intro Offer but did not purchase a follow-up membership or credit

  • Has a Membership

    • Which Memberships? > Specific membership(s)

    • Which Membership Types? > select membership(s) > add any Membership Intro Offers

    • Which Membership Status(es)? > any of the following membership status> done

    • When Did They Start Their Membership? > static time frame > all time

  • Made a purchase

    • Customers Who Purchased/Did Not Purchase? > has not purchased

Purchased Intro Offer, No follow-up purchase

  • Made a Purchase

  • Milestone Visits: Will exclude anyone who has ever visited the brand

    • How Many Visits? > Less than > 1

Missed First Class within the last 24 or 48 hours: Had a first reservation but was marked as a no-show

  • Number of Visits

    • How many visits? > exactly > 1

    • When Did These Visits Occur? > within the last > 1 day

    • What Types Of Visits Does This Count? > specific visits

    • Which Visit Status(es)? > any of the following > penalty cancel, grace cancel, penalty no show, grace no show

  • Milestone Visits:

Membership expired within the last 10 days: Customer's membership has expired and has no active memberships
