Yes, due to marketing regulations, SMS via automation only sends texts between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the local time zone.

At the same time, restrictions do not apply to transactional SMS messages (Waitlist notifications) or direct SMS messages sent manually from Xplor Growth. Non-automated messages can be sent at any time.

Additionally, ~100 texts/hour can be sent in that timeframe for automated messages.
