How do I add a synced form in a child account's automation?

HQ synced forms are automatically mapped across all synced child accounts.

When a form is synced from an HQ account into a child account(s), the system maps the form with a unique ID. The mapped form automatically appears in conditions or automation rules across all synced child accounts - no manual entry is needed at each child location!

Create an automation in your HQ account utilizing the condition Answered a Sign Up Form and select the synced form from the drop-down list > sync the automation to your desired child account(s).

When you open the automation within the child account to which the automation was synced, you'll notice that the synced form automatically populates within the automation's details.
