To export subscribed and unsubscribed contacts, you must create and export a segment for each list.
Once both segments are exported as CSV files, the list can be combined in Excel or Google Sheets to give you all contacts.
You must create a segment for unsubscribed contacts before creating a segment for subscribed contacts.
Exporting Unsubscribed Contacts
To export a list of your unsubscribed Contacts, navigate to Contacts > Segments and create a new Segment labeled Unsubscribed Contacts.
Click Add a Smart Rule and set the Condition: Is marked as unsubscribed to emails.
Save the Condition and Smart Rule. Click Options > Export Segment to export the list as a CSV.
Subscribed Contacts
To export a list of Subscribed Contacts, navigate to Contacts > Segments and create a new Segment labeled Subscribed Contacts.
Click Add a Smart Rule and set the Condition: Contact is in a BrandBot Segment > Contact is NOT in a Segment > Select your Unsubscribed Contacts segment in the Get contacts who are in the following segment(s) dropdown.
Save the Condition and Smart Rule. Click Options > Export Segment to export the list as a CSV.
