Incentives let you reward instructors based on the number of eligible participants in a class. These bonuses can motivate instructors and reflect attendance performance.
There are two types of incentives, which you can customize per payrate:
Per Head: Adds a set dollar amount per eligible reservation.
Example: $1 for each reservation over 5, and $4 for each reservation over 10.
Flat Rate: Adds a fixed bonus once the class meets a threshold of eligible reservations.
Example: $15 bonus for 15 or more eligible reservations.

Eligible reservations are those that meet the criteria you define. You can choose to:
Exclude specific credit or memberships
Include specific reservations statuses
