Incentives let you reward instructors based on the number of eligible participants in a class. These bonuses can motivate instructors and reflect attendance performance.
There are two types of incentives, which you can customize per payrate:
Per Head: Adds a set dollar amount per eligible reservation.
Example: $1 for each reservation over 5, and $4 for each reservation over 10.
Flat Rate: Adds a fixed bonus once the class meets a threshold of eligible reservations.
Example: $15 bonus for 15 or more eligible reservations.
Adding Incentive
Incentives are added under the employee's payrate.
Eligible Reservations
Eligible reservations are those that meet the criteria you define. The incentive reservation filter is an account-wide setting that controls which reservation statuses, credit packages, and membership contracts should be excluded from incentive calculations.
To set the Incentive Reservation Filter, go to Settings > Incentive Reservation Filter.

All Memberships Contracts Except
All Credit Packages Except
