The Manual Upload source type identifies contacts whose information was added directly into the system or through a non-integrated form, rather than syncing automatically. This helps you understand how each contact entered your database and whether their details came from an automated sync or a manual action.


When Manual Upload Appears

You may see the Manual Upload source type in several scenarios:

Any contact who completes a waiver or form without an existing Mariana Tek (MT) profile will appear with the Manual Upload source type.

If you notice unexpected “Manual Upload” entries, review the associated waiver or form by checking its Insight page to confirm the contact’s origin
