Why should I use BrandBot landing pages?

BrandBot landing pages are a powerful tool, especially when used in conjunction with other BrandBot features. There are a couple reasons why BrandBot landing pages can be preferable to directing to the booking platform site:

  • Cart abandonment automations: Ideally, anyone who is navigating to your landing page is purchasing - however, we know this isn't always the case! You can easily set up auto-campaigns based on client interactions with landing pages, whether it be clicking on a landing page, successfully purchasing, or navigating away.

  • Offline pricing options: Looking to sell a private offer that you don't want publicly available in the booking software? BrandBot landing pages are able to pull offline pricing options, so that only those who have access to the link for your landing page will be able to purchase.

  • Discounts: Discounts can be easily applied through BrandBot landing pages

  • Permissions: We are able to add and apply permissions on landing pages so only certain customers are able to purchase

  • Page design: Our landing pages are fully designed with your custom branding settings and allow for a checkout process that is not only seamless (resulting in high-conversion rates!) but pleasing to the eye and true to your business's identity.

  • Hosted: BrandBot pages are hosted in BrandBot and have a unique URL that can be distributed anywhere a URL can be: linked on a site, social ads, email, SMS etc.

I am in the Apps section of BrandBot and do not see BrandBot Landing Pages here, why?

BrandBot landing pages are currently only available for accounts that are integrated with Mariana Tek or Mindbody.

Can I sell multiple payment options on one landing page?

Only one payment option can be sold per landing page.

The payment option I want to sell on my BrandBot landing page is not showing in the drop-down, why?

There are a few reasons your payment option might not be pulling into your landing page drop-down:

  • Is the payment option active in your booking software? While payment options do not have to be public in your booking software, they do need to be active!

  • If you have multiple locations, is this payment option set up in your booking software to be sold at the particular location you are setting the landing page up for?

  • Did you just create this payment option in your booking software? BrandBot may need more time to sync this data in.

Can I sell an "offline" payment option?

Yes! Payment options must be set up in your booking software in order to be sold through a BrandBot landing page, but these payment options do not have to be set to sell to the public in your booking software. Only those who have access to the link for your landing page will be able to purchase.

I see I need to select whether this landing page is targeting new or existing customers, what if I want to target both?
