If you require all of your clients to sign a waiver before attending class, this can be automated by using the "Re-opening Waiver" feature in Xplor Growth.
Please note: This feature is only available to Mariana Tek customers.
Step 1: Ensure your waiver is integrated with Mariana Tek and set to "Required"
Navigate to Marketing > Waivers > Select your waiver > Advanced Options to ensure your waiver is linked and marked as required. For more information on setting up your waiver check out this article.
Don't want your waiver to be required for every client? Learn about creating custom, non-required waivers here.
Step 2: Create an email template with your waiver link
To get your waiver URL, navigate to Marketing > Waivers > Select your waiver > View Hosted Waiver to open the waiver in a new tab. Leave this tab open.
In a second browser tab, navigate to Marketing > Marketing Calendar and click Create New > Scheduled Email > Full Design.
Call the email Waiver Template and schedule it for any time in the future (you won't actually send this email).
Choose any simple email template. Select Edit Details and enter the subject line as First Class Waiver or Please sign our waiver or whatever you would like this to say.
Ensure the Sending Address and From Name are your studio. Recipients can remain blank.
Select Save Details.
In the body of the email, enter the following. Feel free to tweak this content and the subject to match your studio brand voice and add any other pertinent details. Clients will receive this email one hour before their first class if they haven't completed the waiver yet.

Add a button with the link to your waiver (tip: add this link to your Saved Links as you will use it again!)
In the top-right corner, select Save and Exit > Save in progress.
Send yourself a Test Email to verify the links, and then select Save as Template.
Name the template Waiver Email.
Click Create.
Your template is now saved to your account. You can delete the scheduled Marketing Email, or leave it as un-sent.
Step 3: Activate the Re-opening Waiver feature to auto-send your waivers
In the top navigation bar, navigate to Automation > Livestream Manager.
In the left-hand menu, click Re-opening Waiver. Click Yes, send an email.
Select the template you just created in Step 2. Click Save.
If edits to the waiver email template are made post enabling the Re-opening Waiver, you must come back to the Livestream Manager and resave the template in the "Re-opening Waiver" section, even if the edits were saved over the existing template. If a new waiver email template is made, you will need to come back and choose that new template name.
Next, click Set Up on the left-hand side. Check Send an hour before class as seen below. You do not need to select the "send an email" option since that was already done on the re-opening waiver tab.
When using the Re-Opening Waiver feature, you should not select Send an Email in the screenshot above. Only select Send an Hour Before Class. If both options are selected the client waiver email will be sent regardless of the signed status.
Lastly, click Class Schedule on the left-hand side and click Turn on for My Account to activate the feature.
With the Re-opening waiver feature enabled, anyone registered for the classes who has not filled out the required waiver will receive an email an hour before class to fill the waiver out.
