Xplor Growth's texting feature allows two-way conversations between you and your clients. You can access your SMS conversations in a few places: SMS inbox and from the Contact.
Texting an individual contact will only be accessible for those who have valid phone numbers on file in their Contact Profile and are subscribed to SMS
SMS Inbox
If you'd like to have visibility to all of your SMS conversations, past and present, you can access this in the SMS inbox in the top header.
Use the left menu to:
View All or Unread Messages
Search for an existing conversation - Contact name only
Start a new message with the pencil icon
When you select a conversation, you can
Send Message
Mark the conversation as Unread
Updates the count on the left navigation
Open the contact's profile using the arrow by their name.
Unsubscribed/Opted Out
If the contact has unsubscribed/opted out of SMS messaging, you will not be able to send them a message and the following message will be displayed at the bottom:

If you want to see your SMS conversation with a particular client, navigate to Contacts > find the contact > SMS Chat.
