Steps to create your BrandBot account and set up Livestream Manager

Welcome to BrandBot! In order to create your account, please follow the below steps:

Steps to create your BrandBot account

  1. Navigate to https://connect.xplorapps.io/signup in Google Chrome and fill out the information on pages 1 & 2

  2. On page 3, select ‘Zingfit’ as your booking software

  3. Open a separate tab or window and log into your Zingfit admin panel

  4. Click “admin” in the top right corner

  5. Click “configuration” in the bottom left corner

  6. Select “apps"

  7. Click “enable” next to where it says BrandBot

  8. Click the blue icon next to BrandBot and copy/paste the client id and client secret back into the BrandBot tab you have open

  9. Continue the sign-up process by adding your logo/colors and studio address

  10. When your account is created, please reach out to us in our Support Chat (accessible through the the blue/white chat button in the bottom right corner of your BrandBot account) to let us know your account is created so we can finish the process on our end.
