Adding a Franchisee Account to the HQ Account

New franchisee location opening? Add it to your HQ account for easy syncing!

Any time a new franchise location is joining BrandBot, it will need to be added to the HQ account to allow for syncing.

To get started, sign in with your BrandBot Email Address & Password. You should have been prompted to create this via email.

1. Navigate to your business name in the top-right > click Settings.

2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Franchisees.

3. Click Add new Franchisee in the top-right.

4. Complete the Franchisee Details.

5. Log into your booking platform with your owner credentials.

Note: The login credentials being used must have both Administrator-level permissions in both the booking platform and BrandBot to be able to add a new franchisee account.

6. Select Link Account or use the proper studio ID to connect the franchise location to the BrandBot HQ account.

7. Ensure the franchisee address is accurate.

8. After these sections are saved, you'll be transferred from HQ directly into the newly linked account.
