If a new team member has been added to your team but hasn't received an email to confirm their account, there are a few steps they can take to remedy this.

  1. They can check their junk/spam folder for the verification email.

  2. They can utilize the password reset button by clicking "Forgot Password" on the login page.

3. Lastly, if they are still unsuccessful, please reach out to Xplor Growth support for assistance.
